The initial visit to the Center is a movement based assessment. During this visit, we address your musculo-skeletal imbalances, strength imbalances, gait, flexibility concerns, and specific exercise movement patterns. After the assessment, we design and teach an individualized routine built upon the assessment result and personal goals.
After the initial movement assessment, we offer a variety of hour or half hour sessions to accommodate a variety of activity levels and schedules. Options include private in-studio sessions, private on-line sessions or private in-home sessions.
Each session is designed to reach your goals and address the assessment results. An educated, experienced trainer will be monitoring and cueing the entire sessions to ensure correct technique through every repetition. Don't hesitate to call and inquire.
